Full or half day options available.
We have specific time slots available to book for a conference. Our venue can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
CATERING & BEVERAGES
- Coffee and tea station on arrival with an assortment of rusks and biscuits
- Food customised to your requirements: tea-time snacks, a light lunch (Half-day), and post-conference sweets (included in Full-day rate).
- A fully stocked bar is available for any additional beverages; these will be charged as ordered.
- Basic cutlery and crockery
- Linen serviettes
- All glassware (Champagne, red and white wine, beer, juice and tumblers)
VENUE
- Basic stationary
- Water jugs and mints on table
- Wooden tables and chairs
- Standard sound system is suitable for background music - Additional AV can be arranged and will be quoted accordingly
- Prepping and cleanup of area
- Secure parking with security guard
Please note
This quotation is based on a minimum of 20 guests and a maximum of 40 guests.
This amount is valid for a function ending at the appropriate time slot. Any hours exceeding this time slot will be charged at R1000 per hour.
